Cancellation Policy
Lorena Esthetics values your business and asks that you respect scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. Clients who NO CALL/NO SHOW without any notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, the service will be cancelled and you will be asked to reschedule.
